Located in Sidney, NE, the Meal Support Program, part of Project HEAL, offers vital, free meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating outpatient recovery from eating disorders. Our program features live, facilitated, virtual drop-in group meals designed to foster a safe and supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals together. With sessions available four times a day during designated lunch and dinner hours, participants are encouraged to join as often as needed to align with their personal recovery journey. Each meal support session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners enrolled in the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively working towards their Certified Nutrition Specialist certification.
