The Meal Support Program in South Sioux City, NE, is dedicated to providing vital meal support for individuals 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers free virtual drop-in group meals, facilitated with care by nutrition practitioners in training for their CNS certification. With four meal support sessions each day, participants can join during scheduled lunch and dinner times, creating a nurturing environment where individuals feel safe to consume nutritious meals while receiving understanding and encouragement.
