Nebraska WIC, located in Springfield, NE, is dedicated to empowering low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old, through essential food assistance and nutritional support. Our Women, Infants and Children Supplemental Food Program offers nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, breastfeeding promotion and support, and referrals for healthcare services, ensuring that families have the resources they need for healthy growth and development. Even in these challenging times, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to assist families by providing services without the need for in-person visits.
