Located in Syracuse, NE, the Nebraska WIC program is dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children from birth to five years of age. Our mission is to empower families through comprehensive services that include nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, breastfeeding support, and vital health care referrals. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to serve our community by offering flexible access options, ensuring that families can obtain the nutritious food assistance they need without needing to visit our offices in person. Even temporary changes in income may make families eligible for our services, so we encourage those in need to reach out and take advantage of our resources for healthier living.
