The Meal Support Program in Tecumseh, NE, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are at the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a safe, supportive environment where participants can enjoy nourishment together. We offer meal support sessions four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, allowing flexibility to fit into various schedules. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program who are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring that our participants receive informed guidance.
