Located in Waterloo, NE, the Meal Support Program by Project HEAL is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals over the age of 16 who are in the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated, and virtual group meals that create a welcoming and safe environment for participants to enjoy nutritious food together, supported by nutrition practitioners training in the Clinician’s Incubator program. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two options for lunch and two for dinner, there's a flexible schedule to fit your needs.
