Located in Waverly, NE, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to annually screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, connecting them to tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. Participants can choose from various care options, including engaging group sessions, supportive telephone lifestyle coaching, innovative TeleMOVE! for in-home messaging, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing persistent weight challenges, we also offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
