MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in West Point, NE, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and to connect them with personalized weight management options that suit their individual needs. Participants can access a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which offers in-home messaging and clinician support as needed. For those who prefer more self-directed methods, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app to assist with their weight management journey. Additionally, our program offers weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who require more intensive interventions.
