Project HEAL Wilber, NE

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Wilber, NE, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program focuses on creating a compassionate environment where participants can join live, facilitated, virtual drop-in group meals, allowing them to receive the nutrition they need while enjoying the benefits of community support. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two for lunch and two for dinner, participants have the flexibility to attend based on their schedules. Each session is led by experienced nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification. While we offer essential meal support, we remind participants that we do not provide crisis intervention; for urgent needs, please contact appropriate emergency services.
