Located in Yutan, NE, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and to connect them with tailored treatment options that meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of resources including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows Veterans to engage with health professionals from the comfort of their homes. For those who prefer independent management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides essential tools and support. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
