The Meal Support Program in Atkinson, NH, offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program provides a nurturing environment through live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, where participants can share a meal while receiving essential nutritional guidance and emotional support. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, attendees have the flexibility to join as often as their schedule allows. Led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, each meal support session emphasizes a safe and understanding atmosphere to help individuals reclaim their relationship with food.
