About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Auburn, NH, offers invaluable free and accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program provides a welcoming environment through live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, where participants can share nutritious meals while receiving essential support. With four meal support sessions scheduled daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, attendees have the flexibility to join as often as their schedules allow. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are dedicated to fostering recovery and well-being. While we focus on supportive nutrition, please note that we do not provide crisis intervention; for emergency support, we encourage reaching out to appropriate services.
