MOVE! is a dedicated weight management and health promotion program located in Auburn, NH, specifically aimed at enhancing the well-being of Veterans. Committed to tackling obesity, our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for weight issues and is connected to personalized weight management services. We offer a variety of care options tailored to individual needs, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinical support. For those who prefer a mobile approach, we also provide the MOVE! Coach app for self-managed weight management.
