Located in Barrington, NH, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing essential meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating their recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level of care. Our program offers a nurturing environment through live, facilitated, virtual drop-in group meals, designed to create a safe space where participants can enjoy nutritious meals with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners. With sessions available four times daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants have the flexibility to join as many sessions as they wish, based on their personal schedules. While our program focuses on meal support and recovery, it is important to note that we do not provide crisis interventions. For immediate assistance, individuals are encouraged to reach out to crisis support services. We are here to support and empower you on your journey to wellness.
