About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Belmont, NH, provides compassionate and informed meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient recovery process from eating disorders. Through live, virtual drop-in group meals, we create a safe and welcoming environment where participants can enhance their nutrition intake while receiving valuable peer and professional support. Our sessions occur four times daily, offering both lunch and dinner options to fit various schedules, ensuring accessibility and flexibility. Each meal support session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who bring expertise and understanding to foster a supportive atmosphere. While we focus on meal support, please remember that we are not equipped for crisis intervention; for urgent assistance, we encourage contacting crisis support services directly.
