Nutrition Connections, based in Bow, NH, is a community-focused initiative by UNH Extension dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals and families through free nutrition education classes. We offer a variety of programs tailored for all ages, making it easier for you to learn about healthy eating and cooking. Participants can enjoy hands-on classes such as Eat Smart Live Strong for seniors, Cooking Matters for parents and adults, and Slow Cooker Meals Made Easy, with some classes even providing food to take home. Our mission is to empower the community with the knowledge and skills needed to make nutritious choices and improve overall health.
