Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Bow, NH

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Bow, NH, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals offer a compassionate environment where participants can share a meal and receive the nutrition guidance they need. With four daily meal support sessions, including two lunch and two dinner options, attendees can find the times that best fit their schedules. Each session is facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician's Incubator, who help foster a supportive atmosphere. While this program is focused on nutritional assistance and community healing, it is not a crisis support service. For immediate assistance, please reach out to crisis support services. We invite you to join us in creating a nurturing space for recovery.
