Located in Canaan, NH, Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors who are facing financial challenges, particularly those from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds or residing in underserved rural areas. Every two months, we provide six free wellness kits, thoughtfully curated to enhance the well-being of our recipients. Each kit may include essential items such as a water bottle, journal, food trackers, and sleep masks, along with additional resources aimed at promoting health and wellness. Our mission is to ensure that every survivor has access to the support they need, and we offer free regular shipping within the United States and Canada, with careful consideration for international customers. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who have bravely battled cancer.
