Teen Information for Parenting Success (TIPS) in Candia, NH, is dedicated to empowering expectant and parenting teens and young adults through a nurturing and supportive environment. We provide essential resources and education tailored to the unique needs of young parents. With weekly meetings at schools coordinated through guidance counselors or nurses, along with evening sessions that include childcare, our workshops cover vital topics such as education, finances, job readiness, baby care, and child development. Our Dads 101 Workshops, Learn and Shop nights, and engaging family events foster community and connection among participants. TIPS also offers access to a food pantry for essential assistance and connects families to community resources for housing, employment, and educational opportunities. In response to the ongoing challenges posed by COVID-19, we offer virtual meetings every Wednesday to ensure continuity of support for all our families.
