Located in Center Barnstead, NH, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to serving low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and supportive resources. Our program offers a variety of critical supplies, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods tailored for safe consumption, therapeutic tools, oral care products, and adaptive equipment to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.
