This free 12-month initiative offers a gradual learning experience, providing essential resources in both English and Spanish. Participants receive six informative e-booklets tailored to various aspects of diabetes management, along with a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local community events. Enrollees are also encouraged to provide their phone number to gain access to our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series. This series connects participants with ADA experts, allowing them to ask questions about diabetes, understand its links to heart health, and receive helpful giveaways to enhance their journey toward better health.
