The Meal Support Program in Center Barnstead, NH, is dedicated to offering free, accessible meal support to individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program provides a compassionate environment through live, facilitated virtual group meals, where participants can share a safe space to consume nutritious food while receiving supportive guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. Offering four meal support sessions daily, including two lunch and two dinner opportunities, we encourage participants to join as often as their schedule allows.
