The Meal Support Program in Charlestown, NH, provides essential meal support for individuals navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery, specifically those over 16 years old. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals designed to create a supportive and safe environment where participants can access nutrition alongside peers. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner times, we welcome individuals to join as their schedules allow.
