Meals 4 Kids (M4K) in Chester, NH, is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens have access to free, fresh, and nutritious food. Our program offers a unique Farmer’s Market style distribution at various locations throughout the Greater Seacoast when school is out, ensuring families have the resources they need year-round. Each week, we provide families with ingredients and recipes for 10 healthy meals, along with engaging food demonstrations and fun cooking and fitness challenges. We warmly welcome families with children aged 18 and younger to join us in this vital initiative that focuses on food assistance and nourishment for our youth.
