The Meal Support Program in Chester, NH, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our live, virtual drop-in group meals foster a supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals together, guided by compassionate nutrition practitioners working towards their CNS certification. We offer four meal support sessions daily, allowing flexibility for attendees to join at times that fit their schedules.
