The Meal Support Program in Claremont, NH, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a nurturing environment where participants can share a meal and find community while receiving vital support. Offered four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner slots, individuals can choose the times that best fit their schedules after approval. Each session is guided by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring compassionate and informed support during your journey to recovery.
