The Meal Support Program in Contoocook, NH, offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Through our interactive virtual drop-in group meals, we create a welcoming environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals alongside others facing similar challenges. Our program features daily meal support sessions, with two lunch and two dinner options that individuals can attend according to their schedules. Each session is facilitated by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their way to obtaining CNS certification.
