MOVE! Weight Management Program in Conway, NH, is dedicated to transforming the health and lives of Veterans through targeted weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually and connect them to personalized weight management options tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of effective care solutions, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to help Veterans manage their weight independently. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may continue to face challenges with overweight or weight-related conditions.
