The Meal Support Program in Conway, NH, is dedicated to providing compassionate, eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals over 16 who are at the outpatient level of care. We offer live, facilitated virtual group meals that create a supportive environment for those in recovery to enjoy nutritious meals together. Our program includes four daily meal support sessions, featuring two lunch and two dinner times, allowing participants to join us as their schedules permit. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their path to obtaining CNS certification. While our focus is on fostering a supportive community for eating disorder recovery, we want to clarify that we do not provide urgent care or crisis intervention services.
