Teen Information for Parenting Success (TIPS) in Derry, NH, is dedicated to empowering expectant and parenting teens and young adults through education and support. We provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where young parents can access essential resources and guidance. Our program includes weekly meetings, both at school and in the evening, complete with childcare. Participants benefit from a variety of workshops focused on crucial topics such as child development, financial literacy, job readiness, and healthcare options including WIC. We also host special workshops like Dads 101, family-oriented events, and 'Learn and Shop' nights, ensuring that parents feel supported and engaged. Additionally, TIPS offers access to a food pantry and connects participants with vital community resources for education, employment, and housing assistance. In light of current circumstances, we also provide a Zoom option for meetings, facilitating ongoing support for all families in our program.
