The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Dover, NH, dedicates itself to training and empowering passionate individuals to advocate for a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. Through a tuition-free program, we offer comprehensive organic food system education, allowing our Fellows to engage in hands-on learning at the Allegheny Farm in Highland County, VA. Over a transformative six-month period, participants will cultivate diversified crops, lead innovative health education sessions, and promote ecological literacy within schools and communities. Our mission also extends to supporting farmers markets and enhancing local access to nutritious foods by collaborating with regional non-profits. This Fellowship not only trains the next generation of food advocates but also encourages them to actively contribute to building sustainable food systems, serving as mentors and leaders in their communities. Applications are open until March each year, with the fellowship running from May to October.
