About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Durham, NH, provides essential meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our free and accessible program offers facilitated virtual drop-in group meals that create a nurturing environment, allowing participants to enjoy nutritious meals while receiving informed support. With four meal support sessions each day, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can join as often as their schedule permits. Each session is guided by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, helping foster a compassionate and understanding atmosphere that prioritizes the well-being of all participants. Please note that this program is designed for meal support rather than crisis intervention; those in need of immediate assistance should reach out to appropriate crisis services.
