MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Durham, NH, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities by screening for obesity and providing tailored referrals to suit individual needs. We offer a variety of practical care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! service that allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. The MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to take charge of their weight management journey independently. For those who face persistent challenges with overweight or related health issues, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
