The Meal Support Program, based in Enfield, NH, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our program offers a warm, inviting environment through live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, where participants can come together to enjoy nutritious food with the guidance and support of trained nutrition practitioners. We host meal support sessions four times daily, offering convenient options for lunch and dinner to accommodate various schedules. Once approved, individuals can attend as many sessions as they need to aid their recovery journey.
