Meals 4 Kids in Epping, NH, is dedicated to ensuring that all children and teens have access to fresh and nutritious food, especially when school is not in session. Our program offers a vibrant Farmer’s Market style distribution at various locations throughout the Greater Seacoast, allowing families to collect free meals that include ingredients and recipes for ten wholesome dishes each week. In addition, we provide engaging food demonstrations and fun cooking and fitness challenges to promote healthy lifestyles. Families with children aged 18 and younger are warmly invited to join us in this initiative aimed at nourishing our youth and building a healthier community.
