Located in Epsom, NH, the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of low-income families, offering essential food assistance and nutrition education to pregnant women, new mothers, and children up to five years old. Our mission is to support healthier lifestyles through a comprehensive array of services, including the provision of supplemental foods, breastfeeding promotion, and vital referrals to other social services. In addition, we engage children through our Fit WIC initiative, which encourages daily physical activity.
