Meals 4 Kids (M4K) in Farmington, NH is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens in our community have access to free, fresh, and nutritious food. Our program operates a free Farmer’s Market style distribution across several locations in the Greater Seacoast area during school breaks, making it easy for families with children 18 years and younger to receive healthy food. We offer weekly meal kits that include ingredients and recipes for 10 delicious meals, along with engaging food demonstrations and fun cooking and fitness challenges.
