Meals 4 Kids, located in Fremont, NH, is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens have access to free, fresh, and nutritious food. Our program offers a Farmer's Market style distribution in various locations throughout the Greater Seacoast whenever school is not in session, providing families with weekly ingredients and recipes to prepare 10 healthy meals. In addition to food assistance, we foster community engagement through cooking demonstrations and exciting fitness challenges. We warmly invite families with children aged 18 and younger to join us in this initiative and make healthy eating a joyous experience.
