Meals at Home, based in Fremont, NH, is dedicated to delivering nutritious meals to individuals battling breast cancer, thyroid cancer, kidney cancer, or soft tissue sarcoma, along with their families. Our program offers up to two months of home meal deliveries, providing participants with ten carefully prepared meals that cater specifically to their unique nutritional needs. Additionally, we offer up to ten extra meals for family members upon request, ensuring that loved ones receive support during challenging times. To access our services, participants must provide verification of patient status from their physician, which can be easily submitted with a note or through direct coordination with our team.
