Located in Gilford, NH, Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors who face financial hardships, are of diverse races or ethnicities, or live in rural areas underserved by the healthcare system. We provide six complimentary wellness kits delivered every two months to help nurture both body and mind. Each kit may include essential items like water bottles, journals, food trackers, sleep masks, and various resources aimed at enhancing well-being during the recovery journey. Our commitment is to ensure that every survivor has access to the tools they need to thrive, all delivered with care and compassion.
