The Meal Support Program in Gilford, NH, provides a warm and inclusive environment for adults over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery. Through our innovative virtual drop-in group meals, participants receive compassionate nutrition support alongside their peers, all facilitated by experienced practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program working towards their CNS certification. We offer meal support sessions four times daily, allowing individuals to integrate these nutritious gatherings into their schedules as needed. Our mission is to create a safe, encouraging space where everyone can focus on healing and nourishing their bodies, empowering recovery at the outpatient level while emphasizing the importance of community and connection during this journey.
