Located in Gilford, NH, MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and lives of Veterans through a comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiative. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is annually screened for obesity and connected with tailored weight management services. We offer a variety of options, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home engagement, along with the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-guided approach. For Veterans facing persistent weight challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
