Healthy Eating for Successful Living in Older Adults in Greenland, NH, empowers seniors to enhance their health through effective nutrition education and lifestyle changes. Our program focuses on promoting better health and healthy aging by providing essential resources like goal setting, problem solving, group support, and self-assessment of dietary patterns. Guided by trained peer leaders and supported by a nutritionist or registered dietitian, participants will engage in six interactive 2½-hour sessions that culminate in a delightful Healthy Eating™ restaurant outing one month after the program.
