In Greenland, NH, Meals 4 Kids strives to combat food insecurity by providing free and nutritious food to children and teens in the community. Our program operates a Farmer's Market style distribution at various locations throughout the Greater Seacoast when schools are closed, ensuring families receive essential food assistance during breaks. Each week, we offer ingredients and recipes for 10 healthy meals, along with engaging food demonstrations and exciting cooking and fitness challenges designed to promote well-being. Families with children aged 18 and under are invited to participate, as we believe that every child deserves access to healthy meals and the knowledge to prepare them.
