At MOVE! Weight Management Program in Greenland, NH, we are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management services tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for in-home support through messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, and we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges. Each facility may offer different services, so we encourage Veterans interested in improving their health to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to begin their journey with us.
