The Meal Support Program in Greenland, NH, provides essential eating disorder-informed meal support to individuals aged 16 and over who are engaged in outpatient recovery. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals that create a nurturing and safe environment for participants to enjoy nutrition with professional guidance. We offer meal support sessions four times daily, with convenient options for both lunch and dinner, allowing participants to attend as often as their schedule permits. Each session is facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their journey to achieving CNS certification.
