Teen Information for Parenting Success (TIPS) serves expectant and parenting teens and young adults in Hampstead, NH, by providing a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where they can access vital resources and support. Our program offers weekly meetings at local schools as coordinated by guidance counselors or nurses, as well as evening gatherings with childcare provided. Participants can engage in educational workshops covering essential topics such as baby care, financial literacy, and job readiness, alongside specialized sessions like Dads 101. We also organize Learn and Shop nights and fun family events to foster community connections. TIPS ensures access to emergency food through our collaboration with the local food pantry and connects participants with additional community resources to help them with education, housing, and employment needs. Given the current circumstances, we are also offering virtual meetings via Zoom every Wednesday from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm, ensuring all young parents can receive the support they need from the comfort of their homes.
