Meals 4 Kids in Hampstead, NH is dedicated to ensuring that children and teens in our community have access to free, fresh, and nutritious food. Our Farmer’s Market style distribution operates across multiple locations throughout the Greater Seacoast when school is out of session, providing families with essential emergency food resources. We offer weekly ingredients and recipes for 10 healthy meals, conduct engaging food demonstrations, and promote cooking and fitness challenges to empower families. We warmly invite families with children aged 18 and younger to join us in nourishing our future generations.
