Located in Hampstead, NH, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal assistance tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals, creating a supportive environment where participants can engage with others while receiving nutritional guidance. Meal support sessions occur four times daily, allowing individuals the flexibility to attend meals that fit their schedules. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring a compassionate and informed approach to meal support.
