Located in Hanover, NH, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and provided with personalized referrals to effective weight management options. We offer a variety of resources including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home messaging and support. For those who prefer independence, our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to take charge of their weight management journey. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for individuals who may need extra help after exploring initial weight loss strategies.
